A Special Meeting of the Central Berks Regional Police Commission will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at Mt Penn Borough Hall. The Special Meeting will replace the regular monthly meeting scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and the Commission will consider an LSA Grant Application, the Commission’s MMO, the Commission’s preliminary 2027 Budget, and all other business that comes before the Commission.
The Central Berks Regional Police Department includes 22 sworn law enforcement officers and one civilian that provides 24/7 police coverage to the residents of Lower Alsace Township, Mount Penn Borough, Oley Township, and St. Lawrence Borough. Collectively we serve a population of over 13,000 residents across a 30 mile region of Berks County
