Central Berks Regional Police Department offers various services to the communities we serve. The services we provide are listed on this page. Alarm Device Application
Alarm Device Application form is for when an alarm is being installed in a residence or business. If in the event an alarm occurs the information provided on this form to our police department will help in case of an emergency. Download the alarm device form here.
Vacation Notifications
Residents can notify our police department if they are going on vacation or away for an extended time. The department will provide a courtesy patrol past your home while you are away. If a resident wishes to request a police check while they are away the vacation form can be downloaded here. The form must be submitted at least three days before departure date. Please note we do not accept vacation notifications if someone is staying in your home while you are away.
Police Special Request Services
Police Request service form is for organizations that are requesting special services in our coverage area, such as sporting events at schools, large community events, and etc. Please use this form and email or fax it to us. Citizen Complaint
Citizen complaint form is for when a citizen wished to make a formal complaint on an incident that occurred in one of the municipalities that we serve. The Citizen Complaint form can be downloaded here.
